Our Story

What began in 2003 as a small workshop in Melbourne's industrial southeast has grown into one of Australia's trusted names in custom window manufacturing. Our founder, driven by frustration with the poor quality imported windows flooding the market, set out to prove that Australian-made could mean Australian-best.

The early years were spent perfecting our manufacturing processes, investing in precision equipment, and building relationships with quality suppliers. We discovered that Australian conditions—the intense UV exposure, salt-laden coastal air, and extreme temperature variations—demanded a different approach to window design and materials.

Today, our facility spans over 4,000 square metres and employs skilled craftspeople who share our commitment to quality. Every window that leaves our production line carries the knowledge of twenty years of refinement and the assurance of local accountability.

Our Manufacturing Philosophy

Our approach combines traditional craftsmanship values with modern manufacturing technology. Computer-controlled cutting ensures precision within fractions of a millimetre, while experienced hands manage the assembly, finishing, and quality inspection stages where human judgement matters most.

We source materials primarily from Australian and New Zealand suppliers, maintaining shorter supply chains and supporting local industries. Where we do use imported components—certain specialised glass coatings, for example—we work only with established suppliers who meet our quality standards.

Our Facility

Located in Dandenong South, our purpose-built manufacturing facility represents a significant investment in Australian manufacturing capability. The site was designed from the ground up for efficient window production, with dedicated zones for aluminium processing, glass handling, assembly, and quality control.

Key equipment includes CNC machining centres for precise profile cutting, automated glass cutting tables, and controlled environment areas for coating and finishing work. Our investment in technology isn't about replacing skilled workers—it's about giving them the tools to achieve consistent, high-quality results.

The facility also houses our design office, where our technical team works with architects, builders, and homeowners to develop specifications for custom projects. Having design and production under one roof allows rapid prototyping and close collaboration throughout the manufacturing process.
