Triple Glazing

For applications demanding maximum thermal performance, triple glazed units add a third glass pane and second insulating cavity. This configuration is particularly relevant for properties in alpine regions, extreme climate zones, or where acoustic insulation is a priority.

Triple glazing may achieve R-values approaching those of insulated wall systems, potentially minimising the thermal compromise that windows typically represent in building envelopes. The additional mass also contributes to improved sound attenuation.

Bushfire Rated Windows

Properties in designated bushfire-prone areas require windows that meet specific Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) ratings. Our BAL-rated windows are designed, tested, and certified to meet Australian Standard AS 3959, providing appropriate protection levels from BAL-12.5 through to BAL-FZ.

These units incorporate toughened and heat-strengthened glass, metal mesh screens, and specialised seals to resist ember attack and radiant heat exposure. Frame materials and hardware are selected for fire resistance without compromising everyday operation.
